Who can study, and are there any age or knowledge restrictions?

Anyone over the age of 8 can study at the Academy, regardless of basic education. There is no need to pass any exams or tests upon admission.

What documents are required for admission?

To conclude the agreement, you will need the student NRIC or passport, a valid visa for legal stay in the territory of Malaysia (for foreigners), as well as payment depending on the form of education and the selected payment schedule.

What document/certificate will I receive after graduating from the Academy?

You can get the Diploma/Certificate of the ITSTEP Academy in English.

Can I use computers at the Academy?

Yes, you can use the computers at a time convenient for you, according to the work schedule of the Academy.

Can I change my training schedule?

Yes, it is possible. While there exists a group in which you can join.

What is the format of training?

Our Academy has an offline training format. Suitable for those who are used to gaining knowledge and experience by immersing themselves in a new area, surrounded by like-minded people. Live classes with experienced teachers.

How can I choose the suitable course for me?

Will there be homework and how long will it take?

Homework is entirely practical. This is not required, but is recommended for maximum understanding and memorization of the learning material.
